JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office incident report on a man who was killed at Mascara's Gentleman's Club early Sunday has scant details on what exactly happened.
The report by Officer J.A. Medina contains no witness or victims names, no phone numbers, and no details. The only content of the report is in the Additional Information section of the report, which reads: "Upon my arrival, I began to establish an outer perimeter using department issued crime scene tape. I was advised by Officers within the perimeter that the victim was deceased."
The investigative time required for the report indicates it took "3 hours, 0 minutes."

The fatal shooting took place around 4 a.m. at Mascara's Gentleman's Club located at Beach and Southside boulevards.
According to our news partner, The Florida Times-Union, a question
was raised as to why there were people still at the club that late.
"They're supposed to close up at 2 o'clock. There appears to be some
activity going on past 2 a.m. We definitely will look at that as well,"
said Sgt. Dan Janson.
