JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A jury has convicted a man in a 2012 shooting case that involved a confrontation with his ex-girlfriend.

Bernard Moore, 27, is convicted of three counts of aggravated assault, one count of carrying a concealed firearm and one count of discharging a firearm in public.

In February 2012, Moore was in an ongoing argument with his ex-girlfriend. The dispute started at her home and then continued at a local nightclub later that evening.

A release from the State Attorney's office says Moore was waiting for the victim at her home and when the victim got out of the car, Moore threw her to the ground. When Moore was pulled off the victim by witnesses, he pulled out a gun and shot 15 times towards the victim, who was not harmed.

Moore faces at least 43 years in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced on December 2.
