JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are seeking an armed robbery suspect caught on surveillance video.
The Cash America Pawn in the 3600 block of North Main Street, was held up at gunpoint Tuesday morning by an unknown suspect, according to a release from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
The unidentified suspect allegedly approached store clerks, drew a black handgun from his pocket and instructed the clerks to open the cash registers.
Once the registers were open, the suspect allegedly grabbed the cash inside and fled the store on foot. The suspect was then picked up by a newer model silver Cadillac Escalade with dark tinted windows and 20" chrome wheels.
Anyone who has any information about the identity or location of this unknown suspect is asked to contact the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at 904-630-0500.
