JACKSONVILLE, FL -- A teenage girl is in fair condition at Shands after being shot on her way home from Plush Night club.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, 18-year-old Delishia Webb and 24-year-old Maurice Matthurin had been traveling in the 900 block on Kings Street.
Police say Matthurin was about to turn onto I-95 south when a silver Dodge Charger drove up and started shooting at his vehicle.
After the shooting stopped, Webb looked down and realized she had been shot.
Matthurin drove her to the hospital. The victim and her friend told JSO that they did not have an altercation with anyone at Plush.
