JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- President Barack Obama's visit to the First Coast on Thursday treated two of his local campaign volunteers a prime view on the runway at JIA.

Just days ago Karen Johnson-Akers and Annette Boddie learned they would be able to see Air Force One and the President up close and in person.

"I never thought in my lifetime that I would see this airplane coming with Barack Obama rolling down this runway," said Boddie who works in health care.
