JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Labor Day marks the end of summer, and the government wants everyone to be prepared for the next season: flu season.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) wants everyone who is at least 6 months old to get a flu shot this fall.
The CDC believes the 2009 strain of H1N1 flu will recur this season in addition to regular seasonal viruses.
The vaccine that will be available in the fall will protect against three viruses: H1N1, influenza B and H3N2.
The CDC's website has complete flu information.
