JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Judge James Daniel postponed a bond decision for Marissa Alexander again Wednesday.
Alexander's October 31 bond hearing was originally postponed until today.

In court, Alexander's attorneys argued she should be given bond because there's no longer any animosity between her and her ex-husband.
The State argued there's no new evidence so she should not be granted bond.
'Thrilled' Marissa Alexander will get new trial
Judge Daniel said he would make a decision on bond sometime in the future, but no date was given.
Alexander has been held in the Lowell Correctional Facility since being sentenced last May.
According to Clerk of Court, Alexander's next court date is January 15, 2014 at 9 a.m.
Daniel scheduled a new trial for March 31, 2014.
