JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Ken Amaro and the On Your Side team are hard at work finding solutions to your problems. Here are the stories of success for Friday January 4, 2013:

Rachel Bremer of Orange Park said her roof continues to leak even after a contractor has been out several times to try to fix it. She called On Your Side reporter David Williams for help.

Solution: The company's owner tells FCN they strive to make every customer happy. The owner said as a courtesy and out of good business ethics, he will go back out to the Bremer home and replace the shingles from all sides of her chimney and try to permanently fix the leak.

April Messineo signed up for a two-year agreement with Comcast to be able to receive a $250 prepaid gift card. After fulfilling the requirements, she didn't get the card.

FCN's David Williams made a call to Comcast. They resolved the issue and Messineo will get that gift card in a few weeks.

Problem: Mayes Brown called the On Your Side team for help after she said she saw her local postal delivery person damage her mailbox.

FCN's Ken Amaro contacted the post office and was reassured that someone will evaluate the damage and try to resolve the issue.

John Meisburg told the On Your Side team that he recently went to an indoor trampoline arena on the First Coast. While there, he said the clerk gave his shoes to someone else. Meisburg drove home in his socks and said the clerk offered to give him someone else's shoes that were left behind.

Meisburg said he spread the word online about what he said happened to him. The company called Meisburg and gave him $50 in cash to replace his shoes.
