JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Check your bread box. There's a voluntary recall for bagels. Plus there are more questions about mystery shoppers. Ken Amaro is still under the weather with the flu, but the rest of the On Your Side Team is working to find solutions and answers to your problems.

The On Your Side team was forwarded an email from a viewer. The email is a job offer from a company claiming to survey and evaluate other companies.

The idea is for employees to go into an assigned business and pose as a customer and then send your feedback.

The scam is known as Mystery Shoppers and in this case the employer wants the potential employee to evaluate a Western Union. That's a RED FLAG! The Federal Trade Commission has an entire web page dedicated to Mystery Shopper scams offering tips such as Don't Pay to Be a Mystery Shopper and Don't Wire Money.

Bimbo Bakeries companies has initiated a voluntary recall due to a possible presence of fragments of metal caused by a faulty manufacturing part. The regional recall affects Thomas', Sara Lee, PUBLIX and Weight Watchers brand bagels with "Best Buy" dates (month and day) JAN 18 to, and including, JAN 27. Those dates can be found on the lock tab bag closures. Consumers who have purchased the product can return the product to its place of purchase for a full refund.

The Bimbo Bakeries website provides more information about the recall.
