JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Kevin said it's been almost 40 days since he's received any mail.

He recently moved from Georgia to Florida and submitted a change of address form twice. We called the U.S. Postal Service and were told once you submit a request, the mail still goes to your old post office for 7-10 business days.

Then it goes through an extra step at a processing facility before it reaches your new address.
