JACKSONVILLE, Fla.--Diane told the First Coast News On Your Side team that T-Mobile charged her twice for $316.70 and she desperately wants a refund.

The On Your Side team got results for Diane. A T-mobile spokesperson sent First Coast News a statement saying:

"There were problems when we initially tried to process our customer's credit card, but only one charge shows as valid in the research we have conducted. Nevertheless, we have provided credits to our customer, as a courtesy, and believe we have resolved this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this may have caused."
