Here are some recent Stories of Success from the On Your Side team:

-Carrie of Middleburg was having a problem with her AT&T bill that was apparently not being cancelled. The On Your Side team directed her to call AT&T's customer service number at 1-800-288-2020.

-Nunzio, of Jacksonville, said he recently lost his nephew and needed financial help to get to family members during this tough time. First Coast News told him about bereavement fares available with many airlines.

-Tameka, of Jacksonville, said she is having mold problems in her apartment on the Southside and that her landlord apparently would not fix the issues. FCN told her to send a letter to the landlord stating the problems and give him/her 7 days to correct the issue. You can also state at the time how much of the rent will be reduced until the problem is resolved. You should always put the rent in a separate bank account until the dispute is resolved.

FCN suggested she also call the city of Jacksonville's Municipal code enforcement at (904) 255-7000 or go to coj.net. 

-Carl, of Jacksonville, said he is having trouble helping a friend to sign up for a new healthcare plan under the Affordable Healthcare Act.
