JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- JEA customers now have an additional way to pay their utility bills. The additional option adds nine locations for customers to pay their bills.
Michael Corrigan, Duval County Tax Collector, said, "We continually look for opportunities to enhance the services provided by the Tax Collector's Office. Partnering with JEA to add this convenient payment option to customers is a natural fit."
Corrigan said customers will not have to pay any additional fees to pay their bills at the offices. Credit to the customer's JEA account will post within an hour.
In order to make a payment at one of the Tax Collector's offices you will need to have a copy of your JEA bill or account number.
The Tax Collector's offices can accept cash, check or money order for JEA payments.
Five of the offices also have drive up windows where customers may make pay their JEA bills.
All nine locations are open Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
