PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. - A Putnam County woman was arrested after allegedly not yielding to police lights and sirens.
Barbara Balentine was spotted around 4 a.m., by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office allegedly driving a car with one headlight out, according to a Facebook post by the PCSO.
Deputies attempted to pull Balentine over and she allegedly did not yield to lights or sirens, the post detailed. Balentine is accused of driving another mile and a half before stopping.
Further investigation revealed Balentine was driving on a suspended license.
Balentine was taken into custody and charged with fleeing, attempting to elude law enforcement and driving while license suspended.
Balentine is currently being held in the Putnam County Jail on a $1,008 bond.
