BRUNSWICK, Fla. -- Brunswick Police Officers were called to a fight at a Player Street address in Brunswick on Thursday which led to the discovery of a meth lab.

When the police arrived to the location where the fight had taken place, they discovered that two males had been in an altercation adjacent to a motor home which was parked in the driveway of the Player Street home.

The owner of the residence requested that the police officers check out the motor home because there had been suspicious activity in and around it for the past few days.

When the officers entered the motor home to investigate they spotted what appeared to be an active meth lab.

Members of the Brunswick and Glynn County Fire Department, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Glynn/Brunswick Narcotics Enforcement Team responded to the scene to investigate the alleged lab.

Brunswick Police Officers were decontaminated by the Brunswick Fire Department after leaving the suspected meth lab.  The press release stated that 6 other individuals inside the motor home were also decontaminated, however the release did not include any further details except that 2 were later arrested.

The Brunswick Police arrested Dara Holder, 21, and Shawn Gailey, 28. Both suspects were charged on manufacturing methamphetamine and are being held at the Glynn County Detention Center without bond.

No additional details were released regarding the fight that initially led to the police presence.
