Blaine Gabbert throws a pass with Larry Fitzgerald and Carson Palmer in the background.
MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- Arizona Cardinals star and Minnesota native Larry Fitzgerald is back in his home state this week. Several NFL players are joining him for workouts at the University of Minnesota including a few prominent Jaguars players.
Quarterbacks Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne along with wide receivers Cecil Shorts, Jordan Shipley, and Mike Brown are all participating in Fitzgerald's camp.
For Shorts, this is the second year that he's working out with Fitzgerald. The third-year pro credits this camp as one of the reasons for his breakout season in 2012.
Jacksonville native and current New England Patriots kick returner Leon Washington is also participating in this camp along with Cardinals QB Carson Palmer and WR Michael Floyd.
