  • The patriarch of Fullerton family, J. Wallace Fullerton who arrived at Jax Beach from a unit out of Nebraska during Spanish American War. He never got the beaches or the Atlantic coastline and sold his 160-acre Forest Hill farm, loaded up five kids, wife and dog into a Model T and came to Penney Farms Florida in 1926 as a part of the experimental farm experience by J.   • First, this is my Daddy. He served over 20 years in the US Army....serving in Europe during WWII and then in the Korean Conflict. When I was a child, he was deployed to Germany, France, and again to Korea. I was conceived at Fort Meade, born at Fort Bragg, had my first birthday Fort Benning, and on and on the vagabond life of an army brat. By the time I was in the Ketterlinus Jr High School in St Augustine, I had attended 6 schools. Yet, Daddy is still my favorite Veteran. Submitted By:Linda fro
