ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- An Orange County couple faces several charges after deputies said they were called to a home and found that the couple had provided drugs and alcohol to minors.

Kellie and Karlton Krueger are charged with neglect of a child, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and prohibited open house party.

Officials said they were called to a home on Nov. 25 because of a disturbance at a mobile home.

According to deputies, when they approached the home and the door was opened, a large amount of marijuana smoke emanated out of the home.

Karlton Krueger, 29, told authorities he owned the home, and investigators said he had bloodshot eyes, was slurring his speech and appeared under the influence.

When deputies entered the home, they found a young girl on the couch with vomit all over her face, chest, clothing and couch, according to an arrest report. She was taken to Florida Hospital Apopka to be checked out because she could not respond to any questions or open her eyes.

Karlton Krueger said that the teens were friends and they were just having a party.

Deputies said they saw a large bottle of vodka, empty juice bottles, multiple shot glasses and a blue pipe containing marijuana in plain view.

Kellie Krueger, 37, was asleep in a bedroom, and said she had taken two prescription drugs and had six shots, the report said. She told authorities she allows the teens to have a party two times a month.

According to the arrest report, Kellie Krueger said "I can't believe this! They are in my house, not on the street."

Investigators contacted the Department of Children and Families and officials will follow up.

All of the children were released to guardians.
