Boys/Girls 12 & Under divisions will use stage 1 green/green dot balls on a 78’ court for Level 4 & 5 tournaments. Eagle Harbor Tennis once again pledges its support to fight cancer by hosting its fifth annual Tennis4Cancer Men’s and Women’s Doubles Championships. The tournament is put on by dedicated Eagle Harbor residents and volunteers, and attracts players from around the Northeast Florida area. This year’s tournament will once again benefit the American Cancer Society of Orange Park and the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise Charities. The tournament has donated over $89,000 to the two charities over its four-year history. Organizers are hoping to exceed the $24,000 it raised at last year’s event. Entry into the tournament is open to all tennis players holding a USPTA Player membership. Registration must be done via the tournament website at: www.tennis4cancer.org. The cost of entry is $75 per player before May 31, 2015 and $90 thereafter. Tournament organizers are capping the event at 300 players this year. It is expected to sell out so early registration is highly encouraged. The tournament will feature player gifts, prizes, raffle drawings, food, drinks and a player party.

The tournament will be played in Brunswick, GA, at the North Glynn Tennis Complex at 622 Harry Driggers Blvd, Brunswick, GA 31525. Directions to Courts: From I-95, take Exit 38 towards Brunswick, turn left on Glynnco Pkwy, go about 1 mile, turn left on Hary Driggers Blvd, Go 2.6 miles, turn right, Park will be own your right. Cross path to the tennis courts.
HOTEL:
Country Inn and Suites Brunswick I-95, 912-264-2888, 211 Gateway Center Blvd, there is a special rate for the Tennis Tournament of $74.99 a night. Suites are also available (ask about a special rate). Rooms include indoor heated pool, exercise room and free breakfast. Its less than 5 miles from the courts.
