JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- After choosing to end his holdout on Sunday, Maurice Jones-Drew was back on the practice field on Monday.
During the portion of practice that the media was allowed to attend, Jones-Drew was a spectator on the sidelines when the first team offense conducted an 11-on-11 drill.
Like the rest of his teammates, MoJo was dressed in shells (shoulder pads and shorts). The team will have tomorrow off and they will resume preparations on Wednesday for Sunday's season opener in Minnesota.
In other Jaguars news, the three players on the active roster who were in attendance but not practicing were Uche Nwaneri, Austen Lane, and Montell Owens. George Selvie was not on the practice field while Derek Cox appeared to be limited. Newly signed tight end Brett Brackett suffered an injury during the first 30 minutes of practice.
