NCAA Game Summary - Cal Poly at Washington

Seattle, WA (Sports Network) - C.J. Wilcox led four starters in double figures as he scored 21 points, helping the Washington Huskies to capture a 75-62 win over the Cal Poly Mustangs in non-conference play at Alaska Airlines Arena.

Wilcox, who shot 8-of-13 from the floor, added six rebounds and five assists for the Huskies (7-4) as they posted their third straight win and the fifth in six tries. Also scoring in double figures were Scott Suggs with 12 points, Aziz N'Diaye 11 and Abdul Gaddy 10 points. N'Diaye also cleared a game-high nine rebounds in the triumph.

The Mustangs (4-6) were paced by Chris Eversley who dropped in a game-high 23 points, followed by Dylan Royer with 10 as the team suffered a third loss in four games.

Washington scored the first points of the meeting and never looked back, hitting on 47.8 percent from the floor in the first half in order to claim a 31-23 advantage at the break.

In the second half the Huskies elevated to 54.5 percent from the field and, after making just 6-of-12 at the free-throw line through the first 20 minutes, turned it around with an astounding 18-of-20 accuracy at the charity stripe in order to secure the double-digit win.

Cal Poly finished with just three offensive rebounds and was dominated on the glass overall, 30-17.
