JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- He may or may not be a great coach, but he's 1-0 in press conferences.

The fifth coach in Jags history is Gus Bradley and today he was officially introduced as the team's new head coach. Bradley was hired away from the Seattle Seahawks where he served as the team's defensive coordinator.

It's been a meteoric rise for Bradley considering he didn't come into the league until 2006. He spent three seasons in Tampa and then the last three with Seattle.

Bradley said he was himself during the entire interview process, "because I knew I could always go back to Seattle and a great job, so if you like who I am then let's go!"

Bradley says he's in the process of putting together a staff. All eyes will be on his offensive coordinator hire, because he's the only new head coach of the eight hired this off season who comes from he defensive side of the football.
