Seoul, Korea (Sports Network) - Top-seeded Caroline Wozniacki needed only 62
minutes to beat No. 3 seed Kaia Kanepi of Estonia, 6-1, 6-0 to win Sunday's
title match at the Korea Open.
Wozniacki avenged a third-round loss to Kanepi at the French Open by winning
17 of her 18 first-service points. It was the Dane's first title of the year
and 19th of her career.
Kanepi has won two titles this year, capturing the season-opening event in
Brisbane and the French Open tune-up in Estoril back in May.
Wozniacki leads Kanepi in their head-to-head series, 4-2.
