JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sharks are bringing arena football back to the First Coast. But as the team prepares for its first home game, some fans who purchased season tickets are still waiting on their tickets.

Eugene Aman purchased 10 tickets to the season game at the ticket window, and said his kids are excited about going.

"I think it is going to be a lot of fun," he said.

Allegro Derouen also bought tickets from the ticket window. "I was excited when the other arena team was here so my son and I are interested to see how they (Sharks) will do," she said.

But while these fans are at the ticket window, there are several fans who purchased season tickets and are still waiting.

Jacksonville Sharks partner Steve Curran said a problem with printing is to blame. We apologize to them," he said.

Curran said he was trying to give his season ticket holders a fancy ticket and had a problem with the printing and then a problem with the distribution.

"Our communication with the company was a problem we left off suite numbers and apartment numbers. When we found out we tried to contact everybody we could," said Curran.

Curran said anyone who is still waiting on his/her season tickets can pick them up at the Jacksonville Veterans Arena "Will Call" window.

He did not say how many season ticket holders are affected, but said he did know of at least 15.
