Jacksonville, FL --- Sharks wide receiver Jeron Harvey has put up some ridiculous number this season.
Despite the fact that Harvey has missed several games this year due to an injury.
Harvey grew up in Jacksonville and played his high school ball at Andrew Jackson.
In his second season with the Sharks he's seen significant improvement from year one.
Harvey's transition to the AFL was a bit difficult because he was coming from the CFL where the style of play was much different.
Plus he had to return to the place where his NFL dreams of playing for the Jaguars had been short lived.
The team signed Harvey during camp in 2008 but later cut him.
Harvey says, he's using the techniques hed learned while playing the for Jags everyday in practice and during games with the Sharks.
He says, he's seen it pay off and now he has his hometown Sharks in position to win the city's first pro championship.
