PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- A multi-agency investigation has resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old Putnam County woman on charges she was operating a fraudulent mobile pet clinic, according to a news release from State Attorney R.J. Larizza, state attorney for Florida's Seventh district.

Investigators with the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office asked the 7th District State Attorney's Office and the Putnam County Sheriff's Office for assistance with a complex investigation they were doing involving identity theft.

The state attorney's office spent months investigating financial and legal documents, Larizza said. During the investigation, evidence of fraud, identity theft and a fraudulently licensed mobile pet care clinic were discovered.

Larizza said as a result of the investigation, a warrant was issued for the arrest of Judy Grace Tabor for operating a fraudulently licensed mobile pet clinic.

Larizza said Tabor was arrested Wednesday morning at her Putnam County home on eleven felony warrants issued in both St. Johns and Putnam counties.

Tabor is accused of operating a fraudulently licensed mobile pet clinic under the names "Pet Care a Van" and "Pet Caravan" in St. Johns and Putnam Counties, according to the release.

The charges include multiple counts of fraudulent use of personal information, driver's license fraud and motor vehicle title fraud, Larizza said.

According to the release, Tabor's bond amount for her warrants in St. Johns County totals $550,000.

Tabor also has charges out of Putnam County, according to Larizza.

Tabor was arrested on five felony charges for warrants in Putnam County including fraudulent use of personal information and mortgage fraud.  The bond for her Putnam charges totals approximately $325,000, Larizza said.

The total required bond for Judy Tabor is $875,000 according to the release.

The case is ongoing, Larizza said, and Tabor may face additional charges.

No court date has been set yet for Tabor.
