JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office SWAT team has a man in custody after an incident in the 5400 block of Waterside Drive.

Douglas Edward Chambers, Jr., 56, was taken into custody peacefully outside of his home just before 6 p.m., according to JSO Public Information Officer Shannon Hartley.

The callout began at 3:50 p.m. U.S. Marshals were trying to serve Chambers an ATF warrant for bomb making and a local concealed weapon warrant.

Chambers was said to be barricaded in a structure. JSO was being cautious about Chambers, as they were not sure if he had bomb making materials.

Neighbors were alerted, but no one was evacuated.

At the beginning of the incident, officers were not certain if anyone else was in the structure.
