JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A trial date has been set for the Jacksonville man accused of slashing the throat of another man at The Jacksonville Landing.
Matthew Hinson appeared in court Thursday. Police say he killed Wiliam Pettry, who was in town from Chicago for the Jaguars game against the Bears last month.
Pretrial dates have been set for January and March, with the trial set to begin March 11th.
