JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- On Friday night, people were showing their support for the 17-year-old Jordan Davis -- killed one week ago-- by turning up their music.
The teen was shot and killed after a dispute over loud music. And on Friday, it was through the music that people are showing their support.

DJ T-Roy of 93.3 The Beat was participating in the event, encouraging listeners to turn up their music at 5 p.m.
"A lot of people have called in and just said 'Hey, you know what? By you doing this made me realize this could be my son, this could be my daughter, this could be my neighbor, this could be my nephew, my niece," T-Roy said.
