FORT MYERS BEACH - It's never a good day when someone urinates all over your lunch and your cell phone; but the Lee County Sheriff's Office says that's exactly what happened to one deputy while responding to a call.
Early Monday morning, Lee County deputies got a call about some rowdy spring breakers at the Pink Shell Resort on Fort Myers Beach.
After deputies found the teens thought to be responsible, one deputy stayed behind to interview them while the others went inside to investigate and speak with witnesses.
The deputy says for safety purposes, he placed 18-year-old Christopher Brennan, of Estero, in the back of the cruiser while he spoke to the two other teens.
According to the report, Brennan began thrashing in the backseat - screaming loudly and banging his head on the windows and bars inside the cruiser.
The deputy says when he told Brennan to calm down the teen replied, "I will piss in your car!"
As he was saying that, according to report, Brennan unzipped his pants and started urinating through the cage the separates the front and back of the cruiser.
The teen urinated on the deputy's cell phone, lunch bag, water bottles as well as some other items that were issued by the Lee County Sheriff's Office, according to the arrest report.
At that point, Brennan was arrested and taken to the Lee County Jail. He was charged with Resisting an Officer - Obstruction Without Violence.
