PHOENIX (AP) -- A domestic violence expert is testifying in Jodi Arias' murder trial after a psychologist who diagnosed her with post-traumatic stress disorder and amnesia concluded nearly six days on the witness stand.

The expert resumes testimony Tuesday after detailing her expertise to jurors on Monday.

Psychologist Richard Samuels spent nearly six days testifying about his diagnosis that Arias suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and amnesia. The prosecutor questioned his credibility and accused him of forming a relationship with Arias that biased his findings.

Samuels denied the accusations.

Arias faces a possible death sentence if convicted of first-degree murder in the June 2008 killing of her lover in his suburban Phoenix home. Authorities say she planned the attack in a jealous rage. Arias first denied any involvement then said it was self-defense.
