JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- LeCorey Kedrae Stinson, 20, has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for an attack on a 16-year-old girl.
Stinson has been designated a Sexual Predator. He was sentenced to 30 years on one count of Sexual Battery, and 30 years on a second count. The sentences run concurrently.
Stinson was convicted in March in the April 2011 rape of a teenage girl. Stinson was a casual acquaintance of the victim and while the two were together, Stinson asked for a hug. While hugging, he wanted to kiss her, but the victim resisted. Stinson became enraged and forced her to have sex.
