JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. -- There are conflicting reports as to whether charges are going to be filed in the Memorial Day weekend brawl.
Jacksonville Beach Police Chief Pat Dooley told our news partner The Florida Times-Union on Tuesday that the State Attorney's Office has told them there is not enough evidence to prosecute four male suspects from raw videos from that day.
