BAKER COUNTY, Fla. -- A Lake City man and woman died and a 3-year-old child is in serious condition after a Friday afternoon crash near U.S. 90 and Interstate 10, according to a Florida Highway Patrol report.
Richard Ratliff, 60, and Anne Ratliff, 58, were traveling westbound around 1:25 p.m. on U.S. 90 near the I-10 interchange when their Ford Taurus was struck on its left rear side by a Freightliner driven by 55-year-old Georgia Gray of Berkley Springs, W. Va.
