SANFORD, Fla. -- Eleven hours in to the verdict watch, and people outside the court house are getting heated.
A confrontation between people supporting Trayvon Martin's family and George Zimmerman broke out at 5pm.
People holding "Justice for Trayvon" signs started chanting "murder not manslaughter", while those holding George Zimmerman signs yelled "no verdict".
A man holding a Zimmerman sign told a woman holding a Trayvon sign to go home, and she yelled "murderer" back at him.
As the two got closer together, deputies stepped in to break it up. Seminole Co Sheriffs Deputies say it's now under control.
No word yet on a verdict.
