Flagler County Sheriff's Office: Burglars hit 8 different stores

PALM COAST, Fla. -- The Flagler County Sheriff's Office is investigating numerous burglaries that happened early Monday morning at two different shopping centers.

Deputies were first called to Flagler Plaza on State Road 100 just before 5 a.m., according to a release from FCSO Public Information Officer Lt. Bob Weber.

Three shops, Lovely Nails, Sharp's Liquors and Subway, were found to have their glass doors smashed out and cash registers tampered with.

While at Flagler Plaza, deputies were then dispatched to Utility Drive on Old Kings Road. Five businesses -- Lilly Green Children's Boutique, Coletti's Italian Deli, Pet Spa, Scrapbook etc. and Europa Salon and Spa -- were also found to have their cash registers tampered with and storefront glass smashed.

The release said all eight crime scenes have been processed for fingerprints.

Anyone with information on these burglaries is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at (386) 586-4801 or Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida at 1-888-277-TIPS (7477). You may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000 for tips leading to an arrest.
