LAKE BUTLER, Fla. -- Less than 48 hours after Saturday's shooting that left the owner of Pritchett Trucking  and two others dead, the doors were open and the trucks were rolling Monday.

Many workers said they were back at work because that's what Marvin Pritchett, the owner, and one of the victims in the shooting would have wanted and expected.

"He'd expect us to keep business as usual and keep working", said Steve Spradley. He's worked at Pritchett trucking for years.

Many workers said heading back to work Monday wasn't just a way to get back to normal, it was a way to thank Pritchett for his contributions to their lives, and the lives of many on Lake Butler.

"People don't realize how much he has done for the community over the years," said Spradley.

Grief counselors were available for Pritchett Trucking employees.
