JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man faces up to 30 years in prison after being convicted on one count of Sexual Battery.
Jamie Beau Spivey, 31, allegedly had sex with a woman while she was sleeping at his house in January 2012, according to a release from the State Attorney's Office.
He was previously convicted of Burglary and Aggravated Battery and is considered a Prison Release Reoffender and a Habitual Violent Felony Offender.
Spivey, whose sentencing date has not yet been set, faces a minimum of 15 years in prison.
