Investigators said the teenager, who is a special needs student, was throwing objects in the classroom.
Two school administrators tried to calm him, but officials said the student fought them, pushing and resisting.
The school resource deputy was called and deployed her stun gun, and the student was secured.
It is unclear if he will face any criminal charges, but likely will be disciplined through the school district.
