DELTONA, Fla. - A woman in her thirties is accused of lying about her age and maintaining a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy.
Naomi Ruth Dixon, 31, met the 14-year-old victim at a party in September, according to a police report from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
The underage male victim claims Dixon told him she was 17-years-old. He went home with her and she explained the children in her home by posing as their aunt and babysitter.
As the relationship progressed, the teen allegedly stayed at Dixon's home most nights of the week. Dixon would even pick him up at school and from his parents house, the report detailed.
The relationship was exposed after the teen victim grew tired of Dixon getting upset when he would leave and he told his parents.
According to the report, Dixon allegedly choked the teen, locked him inside her house and carved his initial in her arm in an effort to persuade him to stay with her.
The victim's parents believed their son was friends with one of Dixon's children and that he was spending time over at Dixon's with her kids.
Dixon was booked into the Volusia County Jail on October 10 and faces two counts of lewd and lascivious battery sex act on an individual under 16-years-old and is currently being held on a $50,000 bond.
Dixon maintains that the victim told her he was 18-years-old.
