YULEE, FLA. - Three suspected shoplifters were caught in Nassau County Tuesday.
Deputies with the Nassau County Sheriff's Office responded to the Kohl's in Yulee October 15 after receiving reports of possible shoplifters, according to a release from the Nassau County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies arrested three suspects; Verica Tawanna Vance, 37, Adidas Yolanda McNeil, 36 and 19-year-old Marquayl Sinclair Cash.
The trio was allegedly driving a rented 2013 Chevrolet Cruze with a South Carolina tag, according to the release.
Deputies searched the suspect's car and found items that could have been stolen from other retail stores in surrounding counties.
Vance was charged with retail theft, fraud-false identification given to law enforcement officer and unlawful use of a two-way communications device. McNeil was charged with retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Cash was charged with retail theft and unlawful use of a two-way communications device.
All were booked into the Nassau County Detention Facility.
